MIHOX specializes in providing professional custom toy, figurine, and high-end statue manufacturing solutions for brands, IP owners, game companies, and artists. As an experienced custom toy manufacturer, we offer customized solutions using PVC, ABS, soft vinyl, rubber, resin, and other materials.
Injection-molded toys are made from PVC or ABS. The materials are injected into custom steel molds and cooled to form the parts. The parts are then painted and assembled.
Rotocast vinyl toys are made from soft vinyl (PVC). Liquid vinyl is poured into custom molds and heated while rotating to form the parts. The parts are then trimmed, painted, and assembled.
Resin statues are made from PU resin and other suitable resin materials. The resin is cast into custom silicone molds and cured. The parts are then trimmed, sanded, painted, and assembled.
Soft vinyl and plush hybrid toys are made from soft vinyl, PVC, ABS, and plush fabrics. Soft vinyl parts are rotocast, plastic parts are injection molded, and plush parts are cut, sewn, and filled. The components are then painted and assembled.
Flocked figures are made from PVC or ABS. The parts are produced by injection molding, surface-treated, and coated with adhesive, followed by electrostatic flocking, detailing, and assembly.
Electroplated toys are made from PVC, ABS, or other suitable plastics. The parts are injection molded, surface-treated, and coated with a conductive layer. They are then electroplated to form a thin metal coating, followed by painting and assembly.
Epoxy figures are made from epoxy resin. The resin is mixed with pigments and additives, poured into custom molds, and cured. The cured parts are trimmed, sanded, assembled, and painted.
Electronic integrated toys are made from PVC or ABS. The parts are produced by injection molding, then painted, assembled with electronic components, and function-tested.

For an initial production evaluation, the main information includes product dimensions, quantity, material requirements, reference images or design files, expected finish, and packaging requirements.
If a 3D model is available, STL, OBJ, STEP, or IGES files can be provided for review. If no production-ready 3D model is available, reference images and drawings can be used to determine the modeling requirements.
If the project involves confidential designs or other sensitive information, we can also cooperate with the customer's confidentiality and documentation requirements.
Production quantity affects tooling cost, setup cost, labor, and unit cost. As a general reference, we recommend the following minimum quantities for the three main production materials:
For PVC or ABS injection molding, higher quantities are generally more suitable because steel mold costs need to be distributed across the production volume. Resin casting can be used for smaller production runs because it does not require the same type of steel injection mold.
A prototype is mainly used to verify the 3D model, dimensions, structure, and overall appearance before production tooling.
A production sample is made after the relevant production process has been established and is used to confirm details such as material, color, painting, assembly, and finishing before mass production.
Steel molds are generally required for PVC or ABS injection molding. The mold is used repeatedly during the injection process and is therefore considered a production tool rather than a prototype.
Resin casting and some rotocasting processes use different tooling methods and do not use the same type of steel injection mold.
The production schedule depends on the product structure, 3D modeling requirements, prototype approval, tooling, production quantity, painting, assembly, and packaging.
A project schedule is prepared to define the main production stages and estimated timelines before production begins.
For a custom production project, the engineering 3D model created specifically for the customer's product belongs to the customer when the customer has paid for the modeling and engineering work.
If the customer requires additional confirmation, we can provide written documentation confirming the ownership of the project-specific 3D model.
Before mass production, the product specifications, approved sample, material, Pantone colors, surface finish, assembly requirements, packaging, quantity, and applicable quality requirements should be confirmed.
