For confidential 3D files, artwork or tooling data, an NDA is signed before those files are shared. A non-confidential summary is enough for the first contact.
01 / Before you write
The first message can be small. The level of detail should match the stage of the project and the confidentiality of the material.
Product type, overall size, target quantity and the process you are considering. No 3D files required.
Use: first contactOnce the NDA is signed, share the 3D model, artwork and the information needed for engineering review.
Use: confidential reviewDimensions, materials, finish, packaging, target date and IP status for a full quotation and tooling plan.
Use: quotationIf you only have a reference image or sketch, send that. The team can tell you what needs to be defined before a 3D model is built.
02 / Choose a route
A new product, an existing design, a factory visit and an NDA request start with different questions. Pick the closest route.
03 / Project brief
Share the project type, size, quantity and process direction. If you have a target date or a reference image, include it. The team will review the brief and confirm what is still missing.
For confidential files, use the NDA route before sharing 3D models, artwork or tooling data.
The form is for a project review, not a file transfer. Do not attach confidential design files at this stage.
04 / After you send
The first reply is a review, not an automatic quotation. We confirm what is clear and what still needs to be defined.
05 / Factory contact
