Export packing · B2B OEM/ODM · Freight coordination
From our floor.
To your destination.
Finished goods still need export packing, documents, a booking and a clean handover. MIHOX coordinates the shipping route — or releases the shipment to your own forwarder.
Transit times are estimates, not delivery guarantees. The Incoterm, cost scope and handover point are confirmed per shipment.
01 / Your forwarder is welcome
Your forwarder.
Our loading dock.
You do not have to use our freight account. If you already have a forwarder, nominate them and we prepare the goods for collection.
The handover can be EXW, FOB or another agreed term. The forwarder, collection point and document responsibility are confirmed before dispatch.
You nominate the forwarder
Share the company, contact, collection point and required Incoterm.
We prepare the export goods
Pack, label, palletize and prepare the invoice and packing list.
We hand over and confirm
Loading, carton count, handover record and dispatch confirmation.
02 / Freight modes
Six routes.
Different trade-offs.
The mode follows the shipment size, urgency, destination and budget. Air express is not a substitute for ocean freight on a large order.
Air express
Typical 3–7 daysDoor-to-door parcel service for samples, urgent approvals and small batches.
Best for: speed · small parcelsAir freight
Airport to airportFor larger urgent shipments that need a faster route than ocean.
Best for: urgent volumeOcean FCL
Typical 25–35 daysFull container for bulk production; the most cost-efficient route at volume.
Best for: full containersOcean LCL
Shared containerPartial container for smaller shipments that do not fill a full box.
Best for: smaller volumeRail freight
China–EuropeAn alternative for European routes where the schedule and coverage fit.
Best for: Europe · balanceTruck / handover
Regional / forwarderFactory-to-warehouse, factory-to-port or collection by your forwarder.
Best for: handover · regionalTransit ranges are planning estimates. Carrier schedule, customs, port congestion and destination charges can change the actual timing.
03 / Shipping terms
The Incoterm
sets the handover.
The shipping term decides who books the freight, who pays which cost and where risk transfers. It should be agreed before production is packed.
| Term | Handover / cost | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| EXW | Buyer collects at the factory and arranges the main carriage. | Client has a forwarder and full logistics control. |
| FOB | Seller delivers to the named port; buyer arranges the main carriage. | A common starting point for export orders. |
| CFR / C&F | Seller pays freight to the destination port; insurance is separate. | Buyer wants freight arranged but keeps insurance. |
| CIF | Seller pays freight and insurance to the destination port. | Buyer wants a delivered-to-port cost. |
| DAP / DDP | Delivery to the destination; duties and import clearance depend on the term. | Only after the destination and customs route are confirmed. |
This table is a planning summary, not legal advice. The final term, named place and cost scope are stated in the quotation and invoice.
04 / Packing & documents
