Soft vinyl toys are formed from PVC plastisol inside a heated copper mold. The mold rotates, the plastisol coats the cavity, fuses and cools into a hollow vinyl shell with molded detail.
This is rotocasting, not injection molding or resin casting. Hardness, wall, surface and finish are selected from the part — and confirmed on the approved sample.

Vinyl material is not injected as a solid part. The plastisol coats the inside of a heated mold, then fuses into a shell. The mold, rotation and material volume decide the wall and the feel.
Copper mold
The electroformed cavity carries surface detail, parting and the opening.

Different feel.
Soft vinyl is a PVC plastisol family, not one fixed compound. Hardness, wall, surface and color are selected from the product and confirmed on the approved sample.

04 / MOQ & copper mold
The mold and
the quantity.
Soft vinyl carries tooling and production preparation. The quantity range should be planned with the mold, wall, finishing and target cost.
MIHOX uses 1,000 pieces as a typical soft vinyl entry point, with 3,000–10,000 generally recommended for commercial production.

The mold is part of the material decision. Copper tooling carries surface detail and controls parting, openings and demolding. It is a different tool from a steel injection mold, and it is planned with the wall and feel of the shell.
MOQ is a planning reference. The final quantity follows the figure size, number of parts, wall, finish and production plan.
