1. One-Stop Manufacturing Services

MIHOX provides an integrated production solution including, but not limited to:

• Design & 3D Modeling: Translating 2D concepts into production-ready 3D files.
• Prototyping: 3D printing and hand-painted color samples.
• Tooling/Molding: High-precision steel mold development (Injection/Rotocast).
• Mass Production: PVC, ABS, Resin, and Vinyl figure manufacturing.
• Quality Control & Assembly: Professional painting, pad printing, and assembly.
• Packaging & Global Logistics: Custom retail packaging and international shipping.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) & Copyright Warranty

• Client Ownership: The Client warrants that all artwork, characters, and IP assets provided to MIHOX for manufacturing are either owned by the Client or properly licensed.
• Manufacturer Indemnity: MIHOX acts strictly as a contract manufacturer (OEM/ODM). The Client shall indemnify MIHOX against any legal claims or liabilities arising from third-party IP infringement related to the produced items.
• Confidentiality: MIHOX guarantees that Client-exclusive designs will not be leaked, resold, or redistributed to any third party. Your project data is treated as a trade secret.

4. Production Standards & Quality Assurance

• Sample Approval: The Client’s signature/email approval of the physical prototype (“Golden Sample”) serves as the final quality benchmark for mass production.
• Manufacturing Tolerances: As a professional factory, we strive for perfection. However, the Client acknowledges minor industry-standard variations in color (Pantone match within ΔE 2.0) and dimensions (within ±2% margin) due to the nature of plastic cooling and manual painting.
• Defect Claims: The Client must inspect the goods within 15 days of delivery. Any manufacturing defects exceeding the agreed AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) will be resolved through repair, replacement, or credit.

5. Tooling and Molds

• Storage: Molds paid for by the Client are the property of the Client but will be stored at the MIHOX facility for production efficiency.
• Maintenance: MIHOX provides free routine maintenance for the duration of the mold’s lifespan (typically 50,000 to 100,000 shots depending on material).
• Dormancy: If no orders are placed for a period of 2 consecutive years, MIHOX will contact the Client regarding the disposal or return of the molds.

6. Shipping, Risk, and Force Majeure

• Incoterms: Standard terms are EXW (Ex-Works) or FOB (Free on Board) unless otherwise negotiated.
• Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client once the goods are handed over to the designated carrier.
• Force Majeure: MIHOX is not liable for delays caused by extraordinary events beyond our control, including natural disasters, global supply chain disruptions, port strikes, or regional power restrictions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China in accordance with international commercial practices. Any disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation or submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location of New Miho Future Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd.
