Toy Quality Control Process
This is the quality control process during production, where we ensure that the dimensions and details of each custom figure and toy strictly match the design specifications. MIHOX employs five professional inspectors: one dedicated to incoming material inspection (such as resin, PVC, vinyl, and paints), three responsible for in-process inspections (sculpting, injection molding, painting, assembly), and one in charge of final product inspection. All raw materials and components undergo rigorous testing, and every stage of production—3D printing, sanding, painting, assembly, and packaging—must pass strict quality checks. Every custom figure and toy is subject to 100% inspection to guarantee collector-grade quality. We also hold monthly quality review meetings, applying tools such as 8D reports, PDCA, and FMEA to analyze issues and implement continuous improvement, ensuring our clients receive consistent and reliable premium products.

We must ensure that resin, PVC, soft vinyl, and paint all meet the required grade and performance standards. For example, we use professional testing methods to verify resin purity, PVC formulation, and paint stability, ensuring consistent color accuracy and durability. Every material undergoes strict inspection before entering production to guarantee product reliability and uniformity.
This is the in-process quality control.
After sculpting, injection molding, or 3D printing, we check the dimensions, angles, and fine details against the design drawings. This step is crucial before painting and assembly to ensure every part, seam, and detail is precise. During assembly, we verify that each joint, accessory, and insert is correctly installed, ensuring the final structure remains stable and complete.
This is the final product quality control process.
Before packaging, we conduct a comprehensive inspection to confirm that dimensions, proportions, paintwork, articulation, accessory completeness, and overall appearance meet 100% of design and client requirements. Additionally, we provide a detailed quality control report for every production batch, documenting paint application, materials, structure, and packaging checks. This ensures that every figure and toy delivered meets true collector-grade standards.
