We are a manufacturer specializing in toy customization services. We can customize toys/models for you in three materials: vinyl, resin, and plastic. You can also tell us your toy/model ideas and we will make samples for you so that you can better see your own artwork in reality.

Provide your 2D design or 3D file (OBJ, STL, STP, IGS format), we will deliver your file to the relevant 3D model production team within 7-9 working days. When the design is completed, we will send you a message for your confirmation as soon as possible.

After we have confirmed the design of the toy/model with you, we will send your toy/model within 3-5 working days. The main express delivery company we use is DHL or other logistics companies. Before that, we will still confirm with you to ensure that you can see your product in real time.

Samples only require 1 piece, custom resin toys/models are 100 pieces, custom vinyl toys/models are 500 pieces, and plastic injection toys/models are 1000 pieces. This ensures that small and medium-sized enterprises will not be troubled by too high order limits.

We can provide packaging production for you. You only need to provide us with the design documents of the packaging, or we can design the packaging for you free of charge. In our opinion, packaging is another form of clothing for toys. Both are indispensable.

In our production line, there are strict inspection procedures and teams for raw materials, injection molding, painting, printing, assembly, packaging and other links. Before the product enters the next production link, each of our teams will control the quality of each step and provide you with a quality control report before the product is shipped, so that you can rest assured that you are familiar with every important link.

We primarily ship your samples via international couriers (such as DHL), which offer faster shipping times, with delivery times of 7-12 days. We partner with international couriers, ensuring lower shipping costs than the market rate. For larger orders (over 500 pieces), we can ship by sea freight, which is cheaper than air freight, but takes approximately 30 days to arrive.

MIHOX’s factory has more than 200 employees, 22 injection molding machines, 30 painting equipment, 19 pad printing machines, and 15 assembly and packaging lines. It can produce 200,000 resin models, 500,000 vinyl toys, and 1 million plastic models per month, so you don’t have to worry about whether your products can arrive on time.

We have encountered this question many times because some clients only have sketches and have not prepared 3D drawings. Therefore, you don’t need to worry about the 3D drawings. Once you confirm to work with us and pay the deposit, we will help you create 3D drawings for your reference. You might be concerned about whether this requires extra payment — our answer is: there is no need to worry, we provide the 3D drawings for you free of charge! 

Yes, we can absolutely combine different materials according to your design requirements. For example, if you want a figure with a durable PVC body, resin details for intricate parts, or even metal joints for better articulation, we can make it happen. You can also add fabric clothing or other special materials to achieve the exact look and feel you want. If you’re unsure which materials are best for your design, we’re happy to advise you on the most suitable combinations to balance durability, cost, and visual effect, so your custom figure turns out exactly as you imagined. 

Yes, we can produce small-batch, numbered collectible items that are perfect for limited editions or special series aimed at fans and collectors. If you’re wondering whether a small production run is possible or if numbering each item will be a problem, don’t worry — we can handle both. We can advise you on the ideal batch size, numbering method, and even packaging options to make your collection feel exclusive and premium. This way, your limited edition figures will stand out, satisfy collectors, and create a strong sense of value and uniqueness for your brand. 

To ensure your custom figures arrive safely, we offer multiple protective packaging options. Each figure can be secured with foam inserts, bubble wrap, or custom-designed boxes depending on its size and fragility. Please note that foam protection is an additional service, starting at $5 per piece, and we can recommend the most cost-effective solution to keep your products safe during shipping. If you’re unsure which method suits your order best, we’re happy to guide you and help you choose the right packaging that balances protection and cost, so your figures reach their destination intact and present beautifully. 

Absolutely! You can request a wide range of surface finishes and paint styles for your custom figures, including hand-painted details, matte, glossy, or mixed effects. If you’re unsure which option will best suit your design, our team can provide professional advice on color choices, painting techniques, and material compatibility. We aim to ensure your figures not only match your vision but also maintain durability and visual appeal. Custom finishes can elevate the overall quality of your product and help it stand out, especially for collectors or special edition releases. 

We take quality very seriously and have strict inspections at every production stage. If you receive a defective product or notice quality issues, don’t worry — we will work with you to resolve it quickly. Depending on the situation, we offer replacements, repairs, or refunds. Once your sample is approved, we begin mass production according to your order specifications. Lead time depends on factors such as order quantity, figure complexity, and chosen materials. Typically, production can take several weeks, but we provide a detailed schedule upfront so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
