Provide your 2D design or 3D file (OBJ, STL, STP, IGS format), we will deliver your file to the relevant 3D model production team within 7-9 working days. When the design is completed, we will send you a message for your confirmation as soon as possible.

After we have confirmed the design of the toy/model with you, we will send your toy/model within 3-5 working days. The main express delivery company we use is DHL or other logistics companies. Before that, we will still confirm with you to ensure that you can see your product in real time.

Samples only require 1 piece, custom resin toys/models are 100 pieces, custom vinyl toys/models are 500 pieces, and plastic injection toys/models are 1000 pieces. This ensures that small and medium-sized enterprises will not be troubled by too high order limits.

We can provide packaging production for you. You only need to provide us with the design documents of the packaging, or we can design the packaging for you free of charge. In our opinion, packaging is another form of clothing for toys. Both are indispensable.

In our production line, there are strict inspection procedures and teams for raw materials, injection molding, painting, printing, assembly, packaging and other links. Before the product enters the next production link, each of our teams will control the quality of each step and provide you with a quality control report before the product is shipped, so that you can rest assured that you are familiar with every important link.

We primarily ship your samples via international couriers (such as DHL), which offer faster shipping times, with delivery times of 7-12 days. We partner with international couriers, ensuring lower shipping costs than the market rate. For larger orders (over 500 pieces), we can ship by sea freight, which is cheaper than air freight, but takes approximately 30 days to arrive.

MIHOX’s factory has more than 200 employees, 22 injection molding machines, 30 painting equipment, 19 pad printing machines, and 15 assembly and packaging lines. It can produce 200,000 resin models, 500,000 vinyl toys, and 1 million plastic models per month, so you don’t have to worry about whether your products can arrive on time.
