Get the design or idea from the client.
Our 3d designer has more than 10 years of experience in this field, we can make a 3D model out in 3-5 working days.
After the customer confirmed, we will make an assembly structure for molding and do 3d printing in 2-3 working days.
We will do 3-5times polishing after printing to make it smooth and detailed.
The painting master will do hand painting base on panton code or coloring pictures within 3-5 working days.
We will take pics / videos or ship them out for the client to confirm all the detail.
After the client the prototype & payment, we will start molding the final 3D apart.
We have a more than 30-person mold engineer team, we can handle any function as your request, normal mold making need about 30-35 working days.
After the client approves the mold testing model, we will start to make painting mold, which needs 5-7 working days.
We make pre-production samples (including package) according to the prototype, which needs 5-7working days.
After the client confirms the pre-production sample and payment, we start mass production of Vinyl.
